1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to RealTalk Credit LLC | Scars to Stars ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing, purchasing, or using our services through our website, blog, or any other online platforms we operate, including but not limited to Automate and Elevate, RealTalkCredit.com, and any future platforms where we host or deliver our products, services, or educational content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Services
We offer two categories of offerings:
A) Digital Products (non-service): online courses, workbooks, guides, templates, and eBooks delivered digitally for self-study.
B) Live/Time-Based Services: credit education & strategy via private chat support (Mini/2-Week, 30-Day, 3-Month, 6-Month access). These services are educational only and do not include credit repair actions.
All materials are for informational/educational purposes and are not financial, legal, or professional advice.
2A. License for Digital Products
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases of digital products grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your own use. Resale, distribution, posting, or sharing of the materials (in whole or part) is prohibited without our written permission.
2B. Service Scope & Limitations
Private chat support is delivered via our designated platforms. It is educational and does not include performing actions on your behalf (e.g., disputes, creditor negotiations). We may suggest templates/examples; you are responsible for your own use of them. We do not review, edit, or file your disputes.
3. Payment Terms & Pricing
All purchases must be completed with valid payment information. Payments are processed securely by PayPal (and/or integrated processors); we do not store card details.
Prices may change at any time. Promotions/discounts are not retroactive.
Processor fees are non-refundable.
Currency: USD. Taxes/VAT, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.
Access to services begins only after successful payment.
4. Credit Monitoring Tool Requirements
RealTalk Credit LLC requires all clients to use MyScoreIQ and AnnualCreditReport.com for credit monitoring during coaching.
Simulator Tools Are NOT Accepted
Simulator tools are NOT accepted as valid data sources. This includes:
Experian Boost
Experian FICO Score Simulator
Credit Karma (VantageScore only)
Credit Sesame
WalletHub
NerdWallet
Mint
Any tool showing "simulated," "estimated," or "educational" scores
Why?
Simulators manipulate scores based on projections, not actual bureau data. Lenders do NOT use simulators β they pull real FICO scores from credit bureaus. Decisions based on simulated data can backfire when you apply for credit and discover your real score is significantly lower.
By Using Our Services, You Agree To:
Only share credit data from MyScoreIQ and AnnualCreditReport.com during coaching
Pull your credit reports from AnnualCreditReport.com when requested to verify dispute results and changes
Understand that RealTalk Credit LLC may terminate services immediately without refund if you rely on simulator data instead of lender-approved tools
5. Client Responsibilities & Prohibited Practices
By enrolling in RealTalk Credit coaching, you agree to:
Use only MyScoreIQ and AnnualCreditReport.com for credit monitoring (no simulators or consumer apps)
Pull your credit reports from AnnualCreditReport.com when requested to verify dispute results and credit changes
Follow professional guidance provided by RealTalk Credit LLC, including recommended credit-building strategies
Not engage in or support unethical credit practices, including:
Credit washing (requesting original creditors delete accurate negative information in exchange for payment or loan approval)
Providing false information to lenders or credit bureaus
Working with lenders who manipulate credit reports to secure loan approval
Using credit privacy numbers (CPNs) or similar identity-masking tools
Communicate respectfully and professionally with RealTalk Credit LLC staff
6. Termination Policy
RealTalk Credit LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without refund if:
Client uses prohibited credit monitoring tools (simulators, consumer apps, or estimated scores) and refuses to switch to required tools (MyScoreIQ, AnnualCreditReport.com)
Client engages in or supports unethical credit practices, including:
Credit washing (requesting original creditors delete accurate negative information)
Providing false information to lenders or credit bureaus
Working with lenders who manipulate credit reports to secure loan approval
Using credit privacy numbers (CPNs) or similar identity-masking tools
Client refuses to follow professional guidance, including:
Refusing to pull verified credit reports from AnnualCreditReport.com when requested
Making credit decisions based on simulated or estimated scores after being advised against it
Ignoring recommended credit-building strategies without valid reason
Client behavior is abusive, disrespectful, or uncooperative, including:
Verbal abuse or harassment
Repeated failure to respond to requests for required documentation
Challenging professional expertise without basis
In the Event of Termination by RealTalk Credit LLC:
No refunds will be issued for services already delivered (audits, dispute letters, coaching sessions completed)
Client will receive all work product completed up to the termination date
Client may not re-enroll in services without written approval
7. Refund Policy & Chargebacks
Digital Products (courses, guides, templates, eBooks)
All sales are final. Because these are instant digital deliveries, purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exceptions (within 7 days):
Duplicate purchase (proof required)
Technical issue preventing access that we cannot resolve after you contact us
Incorrect product delivered
Live/Time-Based Service: Private Chat Support
Cancel before chat begins: You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase and before any chat messages have been exchanged. Eligible cancellations are refunded minus non-refundable processor fees.
No refunds once service starts: Once either party sends the first message in chat, the service is considered started and all sales are final.
Service window: Access lasts for the plan purchased (2 Weeks / 30 Days / 3 Months / 6 Months) from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Pauses or extensions are not guaranteed and are at our discretion.
Our availability: We respond during business hours (see "Business Hours & Response Time"). If we fail to provide access/respond within those stated hours due to our error and cannot remedy promptly, we may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
Client dissatisfaction with credit score results (credit improvement timelines vary and are not guaranteed)
Client decision to work with another credit professional
Client failure to follow guidance or use required tools
Termination by RealTalk Credit LLC due to client use of prohibited tools, unethical practices, or refusal to cooperate
Exceptions:
If RealTalk Credit LLC is unable to deliver services due to technical issues or business closure, a prorated refund will be issued
If services are terminated by RealTalk Credit LLC within the first 7 days due to client misconduct, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of RealTalk Credit LLC
How to Request Cancellation
Email [email protected] from your purchase email within the allowed window.
Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5β10 business days, subject to your bank/PayPal timelines.
Chargebacks & Fraud
If you initiate a chargeback for a valid purchase, we may suspend access, contest the dispute with evidence (timestamps, chat logs, policies), and refuse future service. Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can help.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
β All content, including text, images, logos, and digital products, is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
β Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
For Master Resell Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR) products, specific resale and modification terms will be outlined upon purchase. Unauthorized use exceeding granted rights may result in account termination or legal action.
9. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
By using our services, you agree to:

β Not engage in spamming, hacking, or unauthorized access
β Not distribute or copy personal data without consent
β Not share false, misleading, or fraudulent information

9A. SMS/Text Message Terms
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional messages (e.g., access links, reminders, service updates). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. SMS frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
10. Coaching & Credit Education Disclaimer
By purchasing coaching, Q&A, or strategy sessions (including private chat support), you acknowledge: results vary by individual situation; no outcome is guaranteed (credit score changes, approvals, or timelines); and services are educational, not financial, legal, or credit repair advice.
10A. No Professional Advice / No Client Relationship
Content and communications are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or credit repair advice. No fiduciary or professional-client relationship is created by purchase or use of the services.
11. Disclaimer β No Credit Repair Services
We are not a credit repair organization. We do not dispute items on your behalf, negotiate with creditors, or remove accurate negative information. We operate consistent with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). If you require credit repair, consult a licensed professional or a nonprofit credit counseling agency.

12A. Electronic Communications & E-Sign Consent
You agree to receive contracts, disclosures, receipts, and notices electronically (email, website, or in-app). You must maintain a valid email address and the ability to access PDFs/HTML. You may withdraw consent by emailing us; doing so may limit access to digital services.
Electronic Acceptance: Checking the "I agree" box and completing checkout constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms.
12B. Confidentiality of Chat; Testimonial Use
We keep chat communications private per our Privacy Policy. You agree not to publish or share chat transcripts or proprietary materials without permission. With your written consent, we may use anonymized feedback/testimonials for marketing.
13. Email Marketing & Legal Compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR & CCPA)
By providing your email, you consent to receive communications (promotions, educational updates, product announcements).
Your Rights: Opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link or by emailing [email protected]. We comply with CAN-SPAM (U.S.), GDPR (EU), and CCPA (California). You may request data deletion under GDPR/CCPA by contacting us.

15. Limitation of Liability
π¨ In no event shall Scars to Stars / RealTalk Credit, its affiliates, employees, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
π¨ We are not responsible for lost revenue, business interruptions, or data loss resulting from the use of our website or digital products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the affected purchase in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Dispute Resolution β Jurisdiction & Arbitration Clause
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Dispute Process

Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in New York, NY. No class actions. Each party bears its own fees unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. The arbitrator's award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
16A. Small-Claims Carve-Out
Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in New York County, NY, instead of arbitration.
17. Tracking Technologies
Cookies & Tracking: We may use cookies and tracking technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) to personalize content, measure usage, and enhance your experience. See our Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimers for details.

20. Eligibility; Age
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Services are intended for U.S. residents unless otherwise stated.
21. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., platform outages, power/internet failures, acts of God, strikes, governmental actions).
22. Assignment
We may assign these Terms in whole or part. You may not assign or transfer your rights without our prior written consent.
23. Severability; No Waiver; Survival
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect (severability). Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., refunds & chargebacks, IP, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) survive termination.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein (Privacy Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, Legal Disclaimer), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.
